Confirmation of order

I am not a pissed consumer. Just wanted to be sure you have my order for 2 pkg of XL *** pads. I dont want this to be a subscription or a recurring order. My dog cannot use the ramp. He is aging with weak hind legs. Requested return label 3 times and all they offer me are discounts to keep the item. I live in a small apt and have mo room to keep Anything i cannot use. I bought in good faith and expected to return in good faith if i cannot use. Very frustrated.

Called but line was always busy. I need to know how to return ramp.my dogs hind legs are not strong enough for him to use theramp. Please advise.
